The CBC has a list of the most noteworthy quotes from the Olympic Games, and it's basically what you'd expect: Some describe the thrill of victory, some describe the agony of defeat.
And then there's this one:
"It's like I imagine being a man. It's like being kicked in the nuts repeatedly, that's how bad it feels. You feel like you want to curl up and die." - Sherraine Schalm, Canadian fencer, describing how she felt after losing her round of 16 bout to a rival Hungarian opponent.Congratulations, Sherraine Schalm. You may not have brought home a medal in fencing, but you win the gold when it comes to horrible metaphors.

someone should test "her" to see if she was a he. Its quite odd that a woman would describe a loss of that magnitude it a way that is only known to people who have or have had nuts.
