During the Olympics, millions around the world were in awe when Phelps won a record eight gold medals, but these days -- thanks to hanging out with everyone from Lindsay Lohan to Demi Moore -- Michael is the one that is starstruck. We caught up to Phelps while he was in Los Angeles, and asked him a bunch of questions, including who he thinks is the greatest athlete of all time.
